Learn how to make Gözleme, the famous Turkish pancake, with a local expert. After being picked up from your hotel, you’ll be taken to a cozy local workshop where you’ll start by preparing the dough. Guided by a local woman, you’ll follow traditional steps to stretch and fill the dough with your choice of ingredients. Once the Gözleme is prepared, it will be cooked on a traditional sac (griddle), creating a crispy and golden treat. Finally, you’ll enjoy your freshly made Gözleme with a side of salad or pickles, immersing yourself in a true Turkish culinary experience.
Start Time: We have classes every day between (12:00 – 14:00) – (14:30 – 16:30) – (17:00 – 19:00) during the day. For our guests who are considering private lessons, we can organize our lesson at a time interval they prefer.
